Be beautiful like YOU.
Hello and welcome! I’m Noël, CEO & FOUNDER of ART OF THE ARCH & AESTHETICS, permanent makeup artist. I am a wife of a brave Fire Captain and a proud momma of two beautiful toddlers. I consider ART OF THE ARCH & AESTHETICS to be my third baby. I am artist, a soul searcher, a sister, a daughter, a creator, a doer, a risk taker, a lover and a fighter, a learner and a teacher…a friend. I value family above anything else. Without my family, I would not be the woman I am today.

On average, it may take approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and up to two to three months for the color to fully set in.
Microblading may last UP TO FIVE years. Depending on your skin type and preferred look, this timeframe will vary from person to person. Once pigment from your procedure begins to noticeably fade, you’ll need to come back for a “touch-up” application.
For ongoing touchups, coming back in too soon or too often May result in a “muddy” appearance, meaning your individual strokes will start to blend together. If the skin is still saturated with pigment, doing a touchup will have no affect on your healed results. The skin can only absorb so much and will simply push the newly implanted pigment right back out. It will only be a waste of your time and money.
Not sure if you’re due for a touchup? Send us a picture and we will happily advise the best approach for you.
Pain is subjective, we all feel pain differently. Topical numbing may be used throughout your procedure to help with the potential discomfort. The results of your permanent makeup far out weigh the potential temporary pain or slight discomfort. Through years of experience, we have found the anticipation of not knowing what to expect can sometimes even be worse than the actual feeling of receiving permanent makeup. It will be worth it.
The cost of a touch up depends on the length of time since your previous treatment. The longer the time, the more pigment has likely faded, the more work needs to be done to touch up your previous permanent makeup application. We will review all pricing with you during your appointment.
A great suggestion is waiting the total time frame of your age plus ten days. So let’s say you’re 35, your touchup window would be no sooner than 45 days or between 6-7 weeks after your initial appointment.
There is no true downtime. You will have very clear instructions for aftercare, which is essential in the healing process in order to achieve the best results. There are certain limitations regarding sun exposure, sweating, going in a pool, etc. for a brief time after the treatment.
